In the third lesson we hear some of the early morning dialogues in Şükrü Bey and Sedat Bey's households in the apartment building where Bizimkiler takes place. Some of the characters are still in bed while others have already gotten up. In Scene 1, Şükrü Bey and Nazan Hanım return home from their vacation to find their daughter Bilge sleeping in, having just returned from a theatrical tour of Anatolian towns. In Scene 2, Ali is studying at home when Nazan Hanım comes back to the flat after running an errand. In Scene 3, in another flat, we see the interaction between Sedat Bey and his angry wife Serpil Hanım.
